Webex Universal Cloud Agreement

“Webex Calling Services” means Cisco`s cloud-based Unified Communications PBX service, which consists of (a) a central set of voice communication functions, as set forth in the service description, associated with Cloud Voice Services. 2.4. Upgrades or Additional Copies of the Software. You may only use upgrades or additional copies of the Software beyond your license if you have (a) acquired such rights under a support agreement for the corresponding Software; or (b) You have acquired the right to separately use additional updates or copies. Cisco has simplified our licensing documents. We no longer need an End User License Agreement (EULA) for embedded software and a Universal Cloud Agreement (UCA) for cloud-hosted software. Our EULA now contains the terms of use applicable to all Cisco software (on-premise and cloud-hosted). The updated Cisco End User License Agreement reduces duplication for our customers and simplifies sales for our channel. You agree to be subject to the terms of this AESA by downloading, installing or using Cisco technology; or (b) your express consent to this ITA. 1.1.3. Areas. The customer agrees that Cisco Webex is only available in the countries listed here: help.webex.com/en-us/n6fwepj/Where-is-Cisco-Webex-Available. “cloud service” means the offering of software services hosted by Cisco or any other Cisco cloud-enabled feature, as described in the specific terms applicable to the product.

Cloud Service contains the corresponding documentation and may also contain software. 8.3. Qualifications. Following your immediate written notice to the authorized source during the warranty period of breach of this Cisco Section 8, your sole exclusive remedy (except as otherwise prescribed by applicable law) is, at Cisco`s option, either repair or replacement of applicable Cisco technology, or (ii) a refund of (a) royalties paid or due for the non-conforming software, or (b) fees paid during the period during which the cloud service was not complied with, except for amounts paid under a Level Agreements/Objective service, if any. 12.5. Cisco Partner Transactions. If you purchase Cisco Technology from a Cisco Partner, the terms of the EULA apply to your use of that Cisco Technology and supersede all inconsistent provisions of your agreement with Cisco`s Partner. .
